I was talking to my doctor and he said after awhile I can slowly re-introduce certain things to my diet, in moderation, but that I better not go back to the way I was eating before.

Jeff- I'm glad that you're back on a bike!

Dave- :) Sorry about the cookies.

Masterchief- LMAO! Hope the donut drought is going okay for you!

Fasthair- I hear ya! I try not to go to the doctor, especially since I have no insurance, but at first I thought it was my appendix and didn't want to take any chances.B.B.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00598057523770603981noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6375337914020751846.post-39340925067657600922009-02-27T13:34:00.000-08:002009-02-27T13:34:00.000-08:00Ms. BB: That made me laugh. I would walk out with so many broken, worn out, over used, under used things that I would think life was over as I knew it. But then I would hop on Whiskey and go for a ride and forget about it in ten minutes. So in the end it would just be a waste of money :)

Hope you get back to normal quickly.

fasthairfasthairhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16578895011107651084noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6375337914020751846.post-35015058719455166422009-02-26T23:55:00.000-08:002009-02-26T23:55:00.000-08:00Oh, that sucks. Then, I would have Dave show we that hairy ass and I would puke it all up. I was thin for a while, until Dave moved away. It was heartbreaking.

It's all good girl. You still like "In & Out" and that's a good thing!

I'll even eat your crappy bland food with you. Maybe it will help me get off a few pounds.FLHX_Davehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17453169653430889773noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6375337914020751846.post-53658712927164662752009-02-26T15:04:00.000-08:002009-02-26T15:04:00.000-08:00I could not give up spicy hot foods. I know what it'...Sorry to hear you are having pain. I know what it's like. I had an ulcer once. A diet of a pot of strong black coffee every day on an empty stomach, and Advil quite often for allergy sinus headache relief, and the stress of everyday life and work. Not to mention I'm a chocoholic, and love to drink alcohol too. I had to give it all up for minimum two weeks, and go on antacid pills, plus a very restricted diet. After about three weeks I was able to go back to all the same old stuff, but in moderation. Have been fine ever since. That was about 2 years ago.

You too will get over this. I quit when I was trying to get pregnate and then the whole time I was and then while nursing. I think all together it was almost three years, and then I got divorced and it all went down the tube. :(
Yes, beer is on my no-no list, but thanks for having some for me. :)

Jay- That would be awful. If that happened I would be too devastated to even write about it.

Lady R- You are right, pain is very motivating. Been there, done that. Yogurt became my best friend.

For me it became easier, when I realized the "Can't have" foods hurt and the "can have" ones didn't. Pain is very motivating! Hang in there, it won't last forever.

The nice thing about riding is, it will help you with your stress level and you can't eat it. Then I started again.

Keep your chin up. Once you get accustomed to your new way of eating (notice I didn't say diet) then you can cheat every once in a while without paying so dearly for it.

I am assuming that beer is on your no-no list. I'm sorry. I'll have a few for you tonight.

I hope you're feeling better soon!Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05192300189857815667noreply@blogger.com
